The #1 item of value we provide our customers is our dedicated staff of service technicians that make up our service department. Dispatched out of our Waukesha office and our wholly-owned subsidiary, Ogren Electronics in Eagle River, our staff is well-versed in the service and maintenance of a wide variety of audio/video, security, automation and control system products. We have an established track record of exemplary customer service, going the extra mile to ensure our clients have the best possible ownership experience.

IMG_4764Most equipment repairs are completed in-house to ensure the fastest turnaround time possible. Our Authorized Reseller status for a wide range of manufacturers gives us exclusive access to their service and support. For particularly complex issues, our affiliation with Professional Systems Network International (PSNI) allows us to consult with specialists employed at more than 30 shareholder companies.

Extended Service Plans (ESP)

We offer two ESP products designed to lower costs, accelerate repairs and support, and improve system up-time.

Our Gold ESP includes a Service Level Agreement (SLA) that provides guaranteed response times for telephone, email and onsite service as well as weekend and after-hours availability, a discount on hourly labor rates for service, access to our stock of temporary replacement equipment, and two free semi-annual system inspections. In addition, our commercial customers working under annual budgets have the ability to purchase discounted pre-paid service units that can be applied to expenses incurred for both parts and labor.

Our Platinum ESP provides everything in our Gold ESP plus an extended warranty on select system components three years old or less that provides for repair or replacement.
