One of our key “green” offerings is centralized lighting control, which independently adjusts lighting in different parts of the building based on occupancy and the availability of natural light. This approach not only saves on electricity bills, but it also reduces the frequency at which you need to replace expensive fluorescent bulbs—a big expense for many businesses.
Energy Management
We also offer communicating thermostats, a direct replacement for standard wall devices that can be managed and controlled remotely. These devices allow you to adjust HVAC setpoints based on building occupancy, time of day, sunrise/sunset schedules or other variables.
If you choose, we can also link your thermostat with your security system, triggering your facility (or portions of it) to automatically “wake up” or shut down any time an employee enters his or her PIN number at the security system keypad.
