In December 2009, Terra Nova acquired Ogren Electronics, Inc., a retailer and systems integrator of consumer electronics, audio/video, security, and communications systems.

The acquisition combined the talents and financial strength of two of Wisconsin’s most successful electronic systems integrators. Customers of both companies benefit from increased buying power, greater technical and field service capabilities, and an expanded statewide service area.
Ogren Electronics LLC, of Eagle River, WI., operates independently, building on its 20-year history of exemplary customer service and innovation for home and business customers in Wisconsin’s Northwoods area. The company maintains its distinct brand identity, strengthening and complimenting Terra Nova’s own growing residential and commercial systems integration business.
Since 1988, Ogren Electronics has been a company of ‘firsts’, being the first electronic systems integrator in Wiscsonsin’s Northwoods area. Driven by Dave Ogren’s long history in radio and community antenna television (CATV), Ogren Electronics became the first the first and largest dealer of off-air antenna and satellite systems, including the first outlet for DirecTV, serving thousands of area home and business customers. Ogren was the first area company to offer monitored security systems, and they are largest independent retailer of consumer audio/video in Northern Wisconsin, operating a large, modern showroom in Eagle River, WI.
